Emudeck bios files.
I have BIOS files for PSX, PS2 and Xbox but I can't find any clear instructions on where to place them in the file manager or how to set up the folders. Some videos just say to drop them into the Emulation > bios folder but that doesn't seem right since there are named folders in here and throwing in a ton of loose files doesn't sound like it will work.

absolute noob here, working on setting up duckstation in emu deck and when I add these bios files to the “bios” folder, my duckstation still doesn’t recognize a bios. Any help? thanks. You have to extract it and then place it in a folder and then set the directory to your folder that you have placed the bios in. It is kinda janky but it works

With emudeck you only have to copy your bios files on the emulation/bios folder. Dont overwrite the folder, just copy the files there and it should work. Rerun emudeck to make sure the bios files are detected as the installers warns you if the bios aren’t where the should or if they are not valid. I just had Roms and added them. I don’t think that’s a core that Emudeck has RetroArch download automatically. If not, you’d need to download the core within RetroArch settings. L3+R3 to get to settings in any RetroArch game. I took the bios folder for DS and moved it all under the bios subfolder. Did I go about that the right way? It had like 7 files in it, all of which I am assuming is necessary.
